The filler represents a "filling" in the form of particles, of different sizes, which is added to materials (resins, composite materials, plastic, concrete) either to reduce the consumption of more expensive materials or to improve some properties of the final mixture.
Mainly the filler is divided into 3 large groups according to origin:
mineral origin (calcium carbonate, marble dust, quart, talc, etc.)
of metallic origin (iron filler, aluminium filler, etc.)
textile / composite origin (cotton, vegetable fibres, glass fibre, carbon, aramides, etc.)
