The aerocell filler is a filling material made of glass microballoons for saturation of polyester and epoxy resins.

The aerocell filler is used to reduce the weight of molded parts of epoxy, polyurethane, polyester resins.
light fillings and low contraction fillings
reducing exothermic reaction (heat release) and better mechanical manoeuvrability in the resin threshing process.
building wooden boats in building wood glue.

The Aerocell filler is added to the resin in small portions and carefully mixed until the desired consistency is obtained.

Until an added 10% the mixture remains "shamantanos." To add 20-30% (grouped parts), the obtained viscosity is of the paste type.
