Gipsata face with quick hardening - width 10cm / 15cm / 20 cm x length 2.7meters.

This product is used to make a reinforced shirt (support shell).

It is used for:

• silicone moulds (ZA 13, ZA 22, HT 33) made by brushing.

• moulds made of alginateBrushed directly on the human body.

The cast facet is wet and applied in successive layers over the silicone / alginate mould.

Available dimensions: 10cm x 2.7m, 15cm x 2.7m, 20cm x 2.7m.

Packaged in aluminized plastic foil. Running around a plastic shaft, making it easier to handle. Contains: 100% cotton weighing 26.2g / m2, fabric 30x20 and wire thickness 40's, CaSO41 / 2 H2O 88%.

Preparation and application

Wet the bandage and apply successive layers over the mould that needs a supporting shell.
The data sheet specifies 8 seconds for wetting, 3 minutes for setting and 8 hours for drying; initial setting does not mean complete drying.
