GLOBALWAX 200S - Spray 400 ml

GLOBALWAX 200S is a demoulding agent that forms a wax film on the surfaces of molds and patterns.

This product is characterized by a strong anti-adhesion layer with high temperature strength (GLOBALWAX 200 / S to 180 ° C).

GLOBALWAX 200 can be applied as a demoulding agent on models and prototypes made of resins, armed resins, laminated parts or for parts made by ingestion of synthetic resins. This demoulding agent can also be used on metals, plastics, wood, plaster.

In case of use on plaster, wood, cement, the models will be previously treated with a pore filling substance - (Polyvinyl alcohol / PVA) to prevent the absorption of the demoulding agent in material.

GLOBALWAX 200 / S is applied by spraying and does not fade the fine details of the model. Due to its heat resistance (up to 180 ° C), it can be used for specific applications (e.g. catalyse in autoclave).

GLOBALWAX 200 contains a harmless solvent (Heptan) and does not melt polystyrene foam, therefore it can be applied to the forms of polystyrene in order to obtain models made of resin.

The GLOBALWAX 200-treated surfaces can be polished.
